Here you will find all the information you need for your vacation at the Hannesnhof. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
Check-in starts at 3 PM. If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we kindly ask that you let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
If you wish, we can provide you with fresh bread rolls every day (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays – invoiced with the final bill).
On site you have access to a washing machine as well as a dryer.
The local tax of €4.00 per person (15 years and older) and day will be charged separately.
At Hannesnhof you can pay in cash, by prepayment, with EC/Maestro, or Visa and Mastercard.

Winter season: 1 December to 30 April: Up to 31 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking. If you cancel within the last week before arrival or if you decide to departure early, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of finalising the booking.
Summer season: 01.05 – 31.03: You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. For cancellations between 7 and 0 days before arrival we charge 90% of the booked arrangement. A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of finalising the booking.
Dogs are welcome at the Hannesnhof upon prior notice. We ask all dog owners to note that dogs are not allowed in the beds, on couches, or any other seating furniture. For dogs, we charge €15.00 per day and animal.
We ask you not to smoke in the rooms. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outdoors.
We will gladly provide you with our Wi-Fi free of charge. You will receive the password directly upon arrival.
For the final cleaning of the apartments, we charge between €80.00 and €120.00 depending on the size.
